Here we go again.

P1010185redIt’s happened again. I keep writing about the “scanning errors” I encounter, mainly in IGA stores. Well here it is:

IGA errors2Two items, $1 added to each item. Most probably nine out of ten people would not notice the error, so that’s more profit for the store. I’m sick of it. I can almost never get through an IGA without being overcharged. Note: overcharged. These scanning errors are never undercharges. Funny that.

I protested to the checkout boy and he refunded me $2 but there was no apology. What to do? I have the evidence so I might write a letter to the manager, but it won’t have any effect. They don’t care. Sick of this. Coles are the only supermarket that I can trust.
